How much faster is doubles than singles?

A station-by-station split framework built on strengths and fatigue, so neither partner blows up ahead of the next run.

Set run pace on the slower partner’s threshold, protect it at the stations, and rehearse it in training before race day.

Median finish and per-station splits for every doubles division, from 600,000 real results, plus a pace-based estimate.

Real age-group podium times, station by station, so you know whether your splits are competitive before you set a target.

Pace gets two athletes to the start line. How you handle pressure, talk, and adapt decides how the race actually goes.

What to disclose about your own injury, what to do when your partner is hurt, and where the line sits before a DNS call.
